I’ve built a career in transforming small to mid-size associations into thriving and innovative organizations. I align strategies with stakeholder needs, strengthen value propositions, identify opportunities, and implement achievable action plans that convert opportunities into measurable successes. With more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of venture creation, philanthropy, and social innovation, I lean into my entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen on every project. My experience includes all aspects of association management with a concentration in marketing, membership, and non-dues revenue.

 

I have held senior executive roles at the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals (ACCP), Exponent Philanthropy, and the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA). In each role, I expanded membership, elevated the organizations profile through strategic communications, and developed robust non-dues revenue streams through conferences, programs, publications, and sponsorships. Previous to my leadership roles, I gained experience working in the healthcare industry through roles at the Advisory Board Company and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
